Every program is very individual based on the clients goals. Our participants may focus on making positive changes, uncover hidden drivers, recognize limiting beliefs, or practice moving from reactive impulses to reflective, intentional choices, cultivating skills that translate directly to everyday life.
These are done at liberty, on the ground. No riding experience needed. A mounted nervous system reset, led on a lead rope by an equine specialist may be included.
