Equine Assisted Coaching: where the heart matters
Who can benefit from Equine Assisted Coaching?
ADULTS : 17 to 70 and beyond.
If you have stress, past stress, or questions about your future, you would benefit from a life coach and a therapy horse. If you like the outdoors, animals, and take charge of your own growth and health, you are a good candidate for this approach to healing and wholeness.
Note: Equine Assisted Coaching does not replace therapy. People with mental health disorders should speak to their therapist and see if this could be added to the work of the therapist. All sessions and conversations are confidential.
Teens
For teens who like the outdoors and animals and have had stress, going through stress, and are self motivated.
Kids
For kids around the age of 7/8 years. Kids must be able to follow directions to stay safe around horses to be a good candidate. Kids may benefit more from group classes, so check on updated class list for new classes being offered.
